These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SlimSyFit. By creating an account, subscribing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use SlimSyFit.

Quarterly and Annual plans include a 7-day free trial. To start a trial:
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel. Renewal charges occur on the same day each month/quarter/year, using the payment method on file.

When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period. We won't charge you again, but already-paid amounts are not prorated unless required by law.
30-day money-back guarantee: If you're not satisfied with SlimSyFit, you can request a full refund within 30 days of any charge. Email slimsyfitsupport@gmail.com with your subscription details. No questions asked, no fine print.
After 30 days, refunds are at our discretion. We'll generally refund unused portions of annual plans on a case-by-case basis.
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe will retry up to 4 times over the following 4 days. We'll email you to update your payment method. If all retries fail, your subscription is canceled and your access ends.

You can terminate your account anytime by canceling your subscription and emailing us to delete your data.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas.
Before pursuing legal action, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by emailing slimsyfitsupport@gmail.com.
